This took forever....and now I'm tired. And my fingers have developed a weird black carbon crust from gripping the Hellrazer too tight for too long. It's a companion piece to [link] only much bigger and more complicated. It took 30 passes with the scanner and a couple hours piecing the blocks back together in photoshop to get the whole picture in. Drawn with fire on wood with a gold center, and since I managed to stab myself in the hand carving the well for the gold inlay, there's more than a little blood in there too. I guess that just adds to the whole creepiness factor. If Harry Potter played the stock market, he'd want one of these.

But it's mine and he can't have it. Haha!

~Moeromaru's work with the unusual medium of fire is simply breath-taking. The suggester writes, "The detail, the accuracy, and composition of The Golden Rule just shrieks of pure, uncompromising skill in this insanely challenging--and not to mention dangerous--medium." When your pet bird sees you reading the newspaper, does he wonder why you're just sitting there, staring at carpeting?

Sometimes I draw with a pencil like normal people, I just don't usually take the time to post my sketchiness. They look like looser versions of the pyro pictures but I like stuff better when it's burned. And yes...Dilly is yours...two pyros in one house is just asking for trouble. Plus, he's not very selective about what he sets on fire, and I'm very posessive about my stuff.
:iconkuraianubis:
lol.. okies.. *me like fire too...;_; but now forbidden near all flamable stuff*
